3. How do I find the right size?
Refer to our size chart and select your size using your current waist and hip measurements. Avoid choosing a smaller size for stronger compression, as this may affect comfort and fit.

4. Is Elio Veran shapewear comfortable for extended wear?
Yes. Our products are designed with breathable, stretchable fabrics for comfortable everyday and occasion wear. If you are new to shapewear, begin with shorter periods and gradually increase the duration.

5. Will shapewear roll down or ride up?
A correctly fitted product is designed to stay securely in place. Rolling or riding up may indicate an incorrect size, fit or positioning.

6. Can I wear Elio Veran shapewear under fitted clothing?
Yes. Our shapewear is designed to create a smooth appearance under dresses, trousers, skirts and other fitted outfits. Seam visibility may vary depending on the garment’s fabric and fit.

7. How should I put on my shapewear?
Step into the garment and gently pull it upward, adjusting it evenly around your body. Avoid pulling aggressively from one area or using your nails, as this could damage the fabric.

8. How should I wash and care for it?
Hand wash separately in cold water using a mild detergent. Do not bleach, iron or tumble dry. Gently squeeze out excess water and allow the garment to air-dry away from direct sunlight.

9. Can I return or exchange my shapewear?
Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, returns are not accepted. Eligible products may be exchanged for another size within seven days of delivery, subject to our exchange policy and quality inspection.

10. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Contact Elio Veran customer support within seven days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs or videos of the product so our team can review and resolve the issue.
